Monetin provides automation services for the X (formerly Twitter) social media platform, including but not limited to:
- Leveling Bot: Automation to increase engagement and account growth
- Ternak Bot: Automation to manage mass engagement
- Multi-Account: Managing multiple X/Twitter accounts simultaneously
- Telegram Notifications: Real-time notifications about bot activities
- Analytics Dashboard: Performance monitoring and account statistics
3. Responsible Use of Service
3.1 Usage Guidelines
WISE AND RESPONSIBLE USE: You acknowledge that:

- YOU release Monetin from consequences of usage that doesn't follow guidelines

4. Data Security and Privacy
4.1 Account Credentials
To use the Service, you must provide your X/Twitter login credentials. We take your data seriously:
- Strong Encryption: Credentials are stored using AES-256 encryption
- Limited Access: Only automation systems access credentials for operations you authorize
- Never Sold: We NEVER sell, rent, or share your data with third parties
- Data Deletion: Your data can be fully deleted at any time through account settings
4.2 Account Security
Securing your Monetin account is a shared responsibility:
- Use a strong and unique password for your Monetin account
- Never share your Monetin login credentials with others
- Contact us immediately if you detect suspicious activity
- Log out from devices you don't use

5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 No Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND,
EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Uninterrupted service availability
- Data security or accuracy
- Specific results or outcomes from service use
5.2 Specific Disclaimer
MONETIN IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES EXPERIENCED BY USERS
AS A RESULT OF USING THIS SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
MONETIN IS EXPRESSLY NOT LIABLE FOR:
- Account status changes on social media platforms that may occur
- Loss of followers, engagement, or data from your social media accounts
- Algorithm, policy, or guideline changes by social media platforms
- Service disruptions caused by third-party platforms (X/Twitter, Telegram, etc.)
- Results differing from expectations in automation use
- Operational or business impacts related to service use or discontinuation
- Consequences that may arise from interactions with third-party platforms
- Financial losses, reputational damage, or any other losses in any form
5.3 Maximum Liability Cap
In no event shall Monetin's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service
exceed the amount you paid to Monetin in the last 30 days, or IDR 500,000 (five hundred thousand Rupiah),
whichever is less.
6. Refund Policy and Payment

NO REFUND POLICY
All payments are FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
We do NOT provide refunds under any circumstances, including issues related to third-party platform accounts.
6.1 No Refunds
ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL. By purchasing the Service, you agree that:
- NO refunds will be provided for any reason
- NO refunds for issues related to social media platform accounts
- NO refunds for dissatisfaction with results
- NO refunds for service disruptions caused by third parties
- NO refunds for change of mind after purchase
6.2 Legal Exceptions
This no-refund policy is subject to non-waivable consumer rights under Indonesian Consumer Protection Law.
If we are legally required to provide a refund, we will comply with such determination.
6.3 Payment Models
Services are offered with various subscription packages:
- Trial: Trial package with limited duration (14-30 days)
- Pro: Monthly or annual package with full features
- Enterprise: Custom package for business needs
Pricing, duration, and features of each package may change at any time without prior notice.
7. Service Termination
7.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by:
- Stopping access to your account
- Deleting all X/Twitter account credentials from our system
- Contacting customer support to close your account
Termination by you does NOT result in a refund for unused subscription periods.
7.2 Termination by Monetin
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without prior notice, for any reason, including:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Fraudulent activity or Service abuse
- Requests from legal authorities or third-party platforms
- Business or operational reasons
8. Prohibited Uses
You are NOT permitted to use the Service for:
- Illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities
- Spam, harassment, or intimidation of other users
- Distributing malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Violating third-party intellectual property rights
- Collecting personal data without permission
- Manipulating or damaging Monetin's systems
- Reselling or redistributing the Service without permission
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, design,
logos, and content, are owned by Monetin or our licensors. You are not permitted to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our source code
- Reverse engineer our software
- Use our trademarks or logos without written permission
10. Service Availability
We strive to keep the Service available 24/7, however we do not guarantee:
- The Service will always be available without interruptions
- There will be no errors or bugs in the software
- The Service will be compatible with all devices or browsers
- Data will always be secure from loss or damage
We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or repairs that may cause temporary Service disruptions.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Monetin reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If we make material changes,
we will attempt to provide reasonable notice by:
- Posting a notice on our website
- Sending an email to your registered email address
- Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document
Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Monetin, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates
from and against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Your violation of third-party rights, including but not limited to privacy or intellectual property rights
- Your interactions with third-party platforms and any consequences that may arise
- Claims from other users related to your account activities
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court,
the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Monetin
regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
15.1 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia,
without regard to conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or the Service shall be resolved through:
- Direct Negotiation: The parties will attempt to resolve disputes peacefully through direct negotiation
- Mediation: If negotiation fails, the parties agree to mediation before pursuing legal action
- Arbitration: If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia
- Court: As a last resort, disputes will be resolved in the South Jakarta District Court
15.3 Legal Costs
The losing party in a legal dispute or arbitration shall bear the legal costs and attorneys' fees of the prevailing party,
unless otherwise determined by the court or arbitrator.
